Terms of Service

These services are offered by Digital Access Inc., a North Carolina corporation, operating as Graybeard Guidance. Contact: matt@graybeardguidance.com.

The services

The Assessment is a guided conversation and personalized, human-reviewed document intended to help you understand your experience, preferences, and possible next directions. The optional Graybeard Blueprint continues from an approved Assessment and produces a human-reviewed 90-Day Blueprint. The Graybeard Forum is a separate recurring community membership focused on implementation support.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate identity and contact information, participate honestly, use access links only for yourself, and avoid submitting information you do not have the right to share. You remain responsible for your choices, actions, professional advice, and results.

AI and no outcome guarantee

AI tools assist with conversations, organization, and drafting. They can make mistakes. Human review improves quality but does not guarantee a particular financial, career, business, health, legal, or personal outcome. These services are educational and planning resources, not legal, financial, medical, psychological, or employment advice.

Payment and billing descriptor

The Assessment is $199. The Assessment and Blueprint package is $697. If you explicitly select the Forum offer, the first 30 days are free and the subscription then renews automatically at $69 per month until canceled. Your receipt or card statement may show Digital Access Inc. or Digital Access Pro.

Forum trial and cancellation

The Forum checkbox is optional and is not preselected. By selecting it and completing Stripe checkout, you authorize the $69 monthly charge beginning after the 30-day trial and each month thereafter until cancellation. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first recurring charge. You may cancel at any time by emailing matt@graybeardguidance.com; cancellation stops future renewals but does not erase charges already processed, subject to our satisfaction promise and applicable law.

Satisfaction promise

Complete the process you purchased. If you are not satisfied with the experience or what we deliver, email us and we will refund the applicable purchase. We keep this straightforward. See the Refund Policy.

Acceptable use and intellectual property

Your final Assessment and Blueprint are provided for your personal use. Graybeard Guidance retains its interview methods, prompts, templates, software, branding, and general frameworks. You may not interfere with the service, misuse another participant's access, or reproduce the service for resale.

Availability and changes

We may improve, replace, pause, or discontinue features and providers. If a material change prevents us from delivering a paid service, we will offer a reasonable remedy or refund.

Limitation

To the extent permitted by law, Digital Access Inc. is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from decisions made using the service. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
