Our promise is simple: complete the process you purchased. If you are not satisfied with the experience or what we deliver, tell us and we will refund the applicable purchase.

How to request a refund

Email matt@graybeardguidance.com using the email address associated with your purchase. Include your name and a short note so we can locate the transaction and improve the process. You do not need to prepare a lengthy argument.

Forum subscriptions

The Forum begins with a free 30-day trial only when you explicitly select it. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first $69 monthly charge. You may cancel at any time to stop future renewals. If you are unhappy with a Forum charge or experience, contact us and we will handle it under the same straightforward satisfaction approach, subject to applicable law.

Processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer controls how quickly the credit appears.
