Information we collect

We may collect your name, email address, purchase and subscription details, responses provided during guided conversations, transcripts, call or session identifiers, recording references when available, Assessment and Blueprint materials, support messages, and basic website or device information.

How we use it

We use this information to process purchases, identify the correct participant, connect multiple sessions, prepare and review your Assessment and Blueprint, provide Forum access and support, communicate about your account, prevent fraud, maintain the service, and meet legal obligations. If you purchase the Blueprint, approved Assessment context may be securely prepared for the dedicated follow-up conversation after your identity is confirmed.

Service providers and AI processing

We use service providers for hosting, payments, email, databases, authentication, voice-agent conversations, transcription, and AI-assisted document preparation. They may process information only as needed to provide those services. AI assists with organization and drafting; a human approval step is required before a final Assessment or Blueprint is delivered.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store complete card numbers. Your receipt or card statement may identify Digital Access Inc. or Digital Access Pro.

Advertising, analytics, and cookies

With your permission, we use the Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API to measure advertising performance and activity such as page views, product interest, checkout starts, and completed purchases. Depending on your choice and activity, this may include page URLs, browser and device information, Meta browser identifiers, purchase value and product information, and contact information that is normalized and irreversibly hashed before it is sent to Meta. Meta may use this information for measurement, attribution, security, and advertising services under its own terms and privacy policy.

Optional advertising tools do not load unless you select “Allow optional cookies.” If you decline, essential checkout functions remain available and we do not send your purchase event to Meta through the Conversions API. You may change your choice at any time using the “Cookie Preferences” button. We do not sell conversation transcripts or completed deliverables.

Retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain participant continuity, resolve disputes, and meet legal or accounting obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet system can be guaranteed completely secure. Transcripts and participant materials are not stored in the public website repository.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information, subject to legal and operational retention requirements. You may unsubscribe from marketing messages and may cancel a Forum subscription at any time by contacting us. To make a request, email matt@graybeardguidance.com.

Children

The service is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 18.

We may update this policy as the service develops. The effective date above will show the latest revision.
